1. SELECT ONE OF THE COMPETITIONS BELOW AND ENTER YOUR TEAM NAME
   (TEAM NAME CAN BE CHANGED LATER)

2. CLICK ‘PAY NOW’ TO EITHER PAY THE TOTAL OR SPLIT THE FEE BETWEEN YOUR TEAM

3. INPUT YOUR TEAMMATES’ DETAILS TO YOUR TEAM PROFILE (IT IS THE TEAM MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL PLAYERS ARE REGISTERED TO PLAY. UNREGISTERED PLAYERS WILL NOT BE INSURED)
